Not only will we be able to design, supply and install your bespoke kitchen or designer
bathroom, but we are also available to undertake any architectural design (including
complete extensions) in order for the perfect synchronisation of architectural space
with a professionally-designed interior layout.
At the initial meeting, we will discuss all aspects of your requirements to
establish all relevant criteria to achieving them. We will be equally happy to discuss
these over the phone where you will find us receptive and open to all your thoughts
and ideas.
We would agree a design fee for the comprehensive CAD drawing package and specification
of all elements including potential architectural design/amendments, furniture design
and layout, interior design, lighting design & specification, tiling plans and full
spreadsheet specification.
You are under no obligation to use Design Republic once you have purchased this
design. However, all our clients have received excellent service having gone ahead
with us as seen in our testimonial section.
Design Republic can, on your behalf, organise building works quotations, structural
surveys & planning applications where required - thus allowing you to deal with
one company only.
All work is carried out hand-in-hand with you so that you are aware of every aspect
in advance and during this process.
Every aspect from conception to completion is broken down in clear stages ensuring
that you feel comfortable, in control & fully aware of potential costs. We recognise
how important your budget is and treat each project as if it were our own.
