Aoife brings a wealth of design experience across a broad range of project types and sectors. She has played a pivotal role in the design development and delivery of complex education and community schemes, residential and refurbishment projects, often within sensitive historic contexts and active working environments. As a Certified Passivhaus Designer, Aoife champions sustainable architecture across all areas of the practice’s work.
As Head of Operations, Aoife leads the strategic and operational direction of the practice while remaining hands-on with projects, particularly during the early design stages. Known for her clear and rational approach to problem-solving, she thrives on complex and challenging briefs—always seeking to uncover the fundamental purpose behind each project to create architecture that genuinely enhances lives.
Committed to shaping her local environment, Aoife is the current Chair of RIBA Suffolk and Vice Chair of the Bury Town Trust, continuing to advocate for thoughtful, community-focused design in her region.
Outside the studio, Aoife can often be found cheering on the sideline's at her son’s sporting events. When she gets a moment to herself you may find her hacking a ball around a hockey pitch or cycling through the Suffolk countryside.
